マンゴーが大好きな私にとっては最高の記事です。
しかもマンゴーと言えば宮崎産ですからたまりません。
では早速切っていきましょう‼

まずは三枚おろし
マンゴーのヘタを上にして、実の細い部分を立て中心に親指を当てます。親指大の幅に種が入っているので、種を切らないように包丁を入れていきます。
First of all, fillet
With the mango calyx facing up, stand the thin part of the fruit and place your thumb in the center. There are seeds in the width of the thumb, so insert a knife so as not to cut the seeds.

反対側も同じくらいの幅になるように切っていきます。
Cut the other side to the same width.

さいの目切り
これで三枚に下ろせたと思うので、さいの目状に包丁を入れます。皮は切らないように注意しましょう。中心の種の部分は実が固いのでかぶりつきましょうｗ
Dice cut
I think I’ve cut it into three pieces, so I’ll put a knife in the shape of a diced eye. Be careful not to cut the skin. The seeds in the center are hard, so let’s stick to them.

反り返らせる
皮の部分を裏から押すように反り返らせましょう。
花のように開いたら出来上がりです。
Warp
Let’s bend the skin part by pushing it from the back.
When it opens like a flower, it’s done.

盛り付け
あとは盛り付けて完成です。
マンゴーはうるし科の植物なので、果汁等でかぶれることがあるので気を付けましょう。
Arrangement
The rest is served and completed.

宮崎のマンゴーはやはり特産というだけあって高いので、なかなか食べることはできませんが、外国産のマンゴーであればスーパーなどで1,000円未満で買えたりもするので、皆さんも試してみてください。
台湾やフィリピンのマンゴーもおいしいですよ‼
