皆さんこんにちは。
職域でコロナワクチン接種をしたので、接種時の感想と、その後の症状を報告したいと思います。

職域接種のため、今回私が接種したワクチンは武田薬品製のモデルナになります。
1回目と2回目とも、針は細くて小さかったので、特に痛いなどの感覚はありませんでした。

経過として、1回目の接種の際には、翌日に患部の痛みと、若干の腕の上げ下げに違和感があっただけですが、2回目の接種後の翌日には、３８℃を超える高熱、頭痛、悪寒、倦怠感、関節痛に見舞われました。
As a course, at the time of the first inoculation, there was only a pain in the affected area the next day and a slight discomfort in raising and lowering the arm, but the next day after the second inoculation, a high fever exceeding 38 ° C, a headache, etc. I had chills, malaise, and joint pain.

接種日から2日後の昼くらいには、体調も回復して動けるようになりましたが、これから接種予定の方は、少なくとも2日間は休みを取られた方が良いと思います。
私は念のため、2日間休みを取っていたのでよかったです。

私は上記の症状でしたが、人によっては出る症状が違うので、以下の画像で確認してください。

副反応として、武田薬品製のモデルナを接種した場合、モデルナアームと称される症状が出る場合があります。
接種して、4～11日後に、腕のかゆみを伴って、赤く腫れる症状が0.8％～3.5％の方に起こっているようです。
これはファイザー社製のワクチンでは、あまり見られない症状とのことです。
As a side reaction, if you inoculate Takeda’s Moderna, you may have a symptom called Moderna Arm.
It seems that 0.8% to 3.5% of people have red swelling symptoms with itching of the arms 4 to 11 days after inoculation.
This is a symptom that is rarely seen with Pfizer vaccines.

アナフィラキシーの報告について、はファイザー社製のワクチンは100万回に対して4.7回、武田薬品製のモデルナは100万回に対して2.5回の症状の発症と、双方とも大きな差はなく、どちらも非常に稀な数値とのことです。

ワクチン2回接種2週間後の効果について、従来株のコロナウィルスであれば、ファイザー社製のワクチンは95％、武田薬品製のモデルナであれば94.1％の発症を予防できるとのことです。

武田薬品製のモデルナでは、まだ十分なデータがないため数値が出ていませんが、1回目の接種で72%の感染予防率が出ているとのことです。

検証結果として、イギリスではワクチンを接種して、もし感染したとしても、家庭内感染率が40%～50%減少したとの報告が上がっているとのことです。
感染や重症化だけでなく、二次感染を考えると、非常に大きい効果が期待されています。

厚生労働省の報告で、効果期間は現在検証中とのことですが、2回目接種後6か月後でも、ファイザー、モデルナのワクチンについては、予防効果はあるとの報告が上がっているとのことです。
ただし、ファイザー社の報告資料では、接種後の4か月経過後、効果が53%減少したとの報告も上がっており、まだまだ検証が必要だと思います。
また、3回目の追加接種も検討に入っているため、コロナウィルスを完全に抑え込むには、まだまだ時間がかかりそうです。
