治一郎のバウムクーヘンを貰ったよ‼（I got Jiichiro’s Baumkuchen!）

治一郎のバウムクーヘンを貰ったので、どんな感じか紹介したいと思います。

I received Baumkuchen from Jiichiro, so I would like to introduce how it feels.

高級で、とてもおいしそうな、治一郎のバウムクーヘンと言われても、わからないですよね。
治一郎のバウムクーヘンは試行錯誤の上で試作を100回以上作り、2002年に誕生したそうです。
You don’t know if it’s called Jiichiro’s Baumkuchen, which is high-class and looks very delicious.
Jiichiro’s Baumkuchen is said to have been born in 2002 after making more than 100 prototypes through trial and error.

治一郎のバウムクーヘン‼

24層のうすい層を、1時間かけて焼き重ねて作られているとのことです。
これだけの層を重ねて焼き上げる職人技に驚きです。
高さ８センチ、幅14.5センチ、重さ650グラムのものをいただいたのですが、大きさにビックリです。
It is said that it is made by baking 24 thin layers over an hour.
I am surprised at the craftsmanship of stacking and baking so many layers.

治一郎のバウムクーヘン‼

早速カットして、食べてみました。
食感はすごくしっとりしているのにも関わらず、とてもやわらかいです。
味はしっかりと甘くておいしいのですが、クセのある甘さではなく、あとにひきません。
はっきり言って、とてもおいしいです‼
I cut it immediately and tried it.
Although the texture is very moist, it is very soft.
The taste is solidly sweet and delicious, but it is not addictive and does not last.
To be clear, it’s very delicious!

治一郎のバウムクーヘン‼

基本は贈答用として購入される方が多いとのことですが、価格もお手頃なので気になられた方は、日ごろのご褒美として買ってみてはいかがでしょうか。
安くて、パサパサなバウムクーヘンを買って失敗するよりも、治一郎のバウムクーヘンはコストパフォーマンス的にもかなり満足できると思います。
