先日、カヌレ専門店「ラ・スール」大丸東京店に行ってきました。

The other day, I went to the Canelé specialty store “LA SOEUR” Daimaru Tokyo.

仲の良いお客様が気になっていたお店で、お付き合いで一緒に行ったのですが、ご厚意で生クリームがトッピングされている生カヌレを買っていただきました。
無知識な私はカヌレがわからなかったので、お店のショーケース前に来て、初めてのご対面でした（笑）
さっそく家に帰って実食です‼
I went to a store that I was interested in with a close customer, and I went with them with a friend, but they kindly bought me a fresh canelé topped with fresh cream.
I didn’t know Canelé, so I came to the showcase of the store and met for the first time.
Let’s go home and have a real meal!

1箱に4つ入っていて、私が1つ、息子が1つ、嫁2つ・・・なぜ？
まあ、いいでしょう。
価格は4つで1,700円くらいだったので、1つ当たり400円越えなので、味わって食べます。
さっそくカットして中を見てみます。
外はカリカリ、中はもちもちしててしっとりな感じです。
There are four in one box, one for me, one for my son, two for my wife … why?
Well, that’s fine.
The price was about 1,700 yen for four, so each one is over 400 yen, so you can taste and eat it.
Let’s cut it and take a look inside.
The outside is crispy and the inside is chewy and moist.

食感はカットしたイメージ以上に、外はカリッカリで中はもっちり食感でした。
見た目から、すごく甘いかなと思いましたが、ガツンとくる甘さではなく、口に広がるような優しい甘さです。
すごく甘いスイーツが苦手な方、少量のスイーツが食べたい方はマッチすると思います。
The texture was crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, more than the cut image.
From the appearance, I thought it was very sweet, but it wasn’t the sweetness that came to me, but the sweetness that spreads in my mouth.
Those who are not good at very sweet sweets and those who want to eat a small amount of sweets will match.

とても美味しく、小ぶりなサイズなので、あっという間に食べ終わってしまいました。
皆さんも東京大丸にお越しの際には購入を検討されてみてはいかがでしょうか。
最後に食べ終わった息子の一言・・・「このチュロス美味しかった～‼」
