皆さんこんにちは。今日は仕事ついでに、JR田端駅から足立区の小台まで行ってきました。

（Hello everyone. Today I went from JR Tabata station to Odai in Adachi-ku while I was working.）

田端駅北口です。
周りは繁華街は無く、ちょっとした商業ビルがある程度です。
（It is the north exit of Tabata station.

今日は足立区の小台に用事があるのでのんびり歩いていきます。
すぐに東日本旅客鉄道東京支社がありました。簡単に言うとJR東日本の東京支社ですねｗ
結構大きいビルですね。

道路の反対にはJR東日本ホテルメッツ田端がありました。
残業して帰れないJR東日本の職員さんが泊まるんですかね・・・( ;∀;)

さらに進んで行くと、とても長い階段が・・・
まだ下りだからいいけど長すぎでしょｗ
その途中に落書き発見・・・
絵をどうこう言う前に、危険を冒してまで良く書いたなと思いますｗ

さらに小台に向かって歩いていくと、目を引く建物が・・・
クロコダイル？ワニ３？え？どういうこと？
その建物はクロコダイル第３と言う名前のマンションでした。
ネーミングセンスが凄すぎですｗ

The building was an apartment named Crocodile No. 3.

クロコダイル第3マンションの先に、都内では少なくなってきた踏切がありました。
第二下田端踏切です。
尾久の車両基地が近くにあるみたいなので、今はその電車が通るんですかね？

さて、東京都北区から荒川区に入りました。
荒川区に入ったら少しずつ商店街が増えてきました。

程なくして、都電荒川線が見えてきました。
今は東京さくらトラムと言う名前になっています。
幼少のころ荒川区に一時期住んでいて、小さいころから都電が走っていたので懐かしいです。
絶対になくならないでほしいですね。
城北信用金庫さん宣伝しときましたｗ

都電荒川線を越えて、足立区へ進んで行くと面白い看板を発見。
SALON de 久と言う美容院の店前に出てて、目を引いたので写真を一枚撮りました。
髪切ってる人、シャドー塗りすぎｗ

小台橋に着きました。
抜ける風がとても気持ちよかったです。
橋の手前に腹筋が崩壊しそうな銅像が・・・がんばれ・・・(；ﾟДﾟ)

小台橋の中間からの写真です。
観覧車が見えますが、荒川遊園と言う小さな遊園地があります。
今は休園中ですが、小さい頃はよく行ってました。

さて、足立区に入りました。
よく考えたら、渡った川はすみだ川、荒川区と足立区なのにすみだを渡ってるな・・・(；ﾟДﾟ)

小台橋を渡りきると、東京都立荒川商業高等学校があります。
残念ながら2022年3月末で閉校し、100年を超える歴史に幕を下ろす予定との事です。
よく考えたら荒川商業って足立区なのに、なんで足立商業じゃないんだろう・・・
道路の反対側には田島ルーフィング株式会社さんがあります。
何の会社か調べてみたら防水、床材、住宅建材の会社さんでした。
いま、木材の輸入が高騰しているので建材会社さんは大変です。
（After crossing Odaibashi, you will find Tokyo Metropolitan Arakawa Commercial High School.
Unfortunately, the school will close at the end of March 2022, and the curtain will be over 100 years of history.
If you think about it, Arakawa Business is in Adachi Ward, but why isn’t it Adachi?

近くに神社を発見。
天祖神社ですね。
これから仕事なので、会釈のみをしてきました。

仕事を終えて小台公園でトイレと一服です。
目の前の電柱に想定浸水深なるものが・・・
6メートルって・・・(；ﾟДﾟ)

さて仕事も終わったし、帰りますかね！！
都電荒川線の小台駅に向かって歩いてると、途中のリサイクルショップに面白いテレビが・・・
その名もディズニーテレビ！！古いですがしっかり映ります・・・何が？ｗ
マニアにはたまらない一品でしょう。
リサイクルショップなのに、3か月保証付きってのがすごいですｗ

都電荒川線小台駅から町屋駅に向かいます。
乗車時間は10分程度なのですぐですね。
こ、この電車は間に合わない・・・
（Head to Machiya Station from Odai Station on the Toden-Arakawa Line.

あっという間に町屋駅に着きました。
町屋駅は都電荒川線の他に東京メトロ千代田線、京成本線が走っている町なのでとても便利です。
小さい頃はこの町屋に住んでいたので、来るたびに懐かしいです。
お店は少しずつ変わっていますが、街並みは住んでいた40年前とさほど変わっていません。
（I arrived at Machiya station immediately.
Machiya Station is convenient because it has the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line and Keisei Main Line in addition to the Toden-Arakawa Line.
I used to live in this Machiya when I was little, so I miss it every time I come.
The shops have changed a little, but the cityscape hasn’t changed much from 40 years ago when I lived.）

駅前はかなり栄えていますね。
町屋の商店街はまだまだ活気があって人通りも多いです。

The Machiya shopping district is still lively and crowded.）

今日はこれで終わりです。
東京メトロ千代田線に乗って帰ります。
皆さんぜひ都電荒川線に乗る機会があれば乗ってみてください。

チンチン電車由来のベルの音も健在です。
